Wendy DeFeudis AKA Artist Very Wendy is the owner. 
Wendy is a life long fitness and wellness enthusiast who has been practicing and teaching fitness, art and mind/body integration for more than twenty years.  A Cape Cod summer native, Wendy decided to make the Cape her permanent home in 2020.
 
Prior to launching Sea Street Beach Yoga in 2023, Wendy previously owned and operated two seasonal yoga and art studios, Very Wendy Studios, one in Chatham and one in Yarmouth Port.   Wendy combines her love of art, fitness and mindfulness, offering her clients' experiences to enrich their bodies, minds and souls.
 
Before moving to the Cape full time in 2020, Wendy taught fitness and yoga in New York, Greenwich Ct and Fairfield County, CT.  Always passionate about helping others improve their fitness and healthy lifestyles, Wendy worked for several years at the Greenwich Water Club, Edge Fitness, Crunch, MYX Fitness, New York Sports Club and Boston Sports Clubs.
Art is at the heart of Wendy's daily mindfulness and art practice.  She is an accomplished fashion artist who created Very Wendy Designs, offering custom illustrations and live sketching services. Wendy's work has been published in several national magazines: W Magazine, InStyle, Bride's and Wedding Dresses. Wendy's clients include some of the world's top fashion brands: Vogue, Elle, W, Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, Jones New York, Macy's and many others.  
Wendy published Very Wendy's Fashion Coloring Book, a collection of 30 designs from the 1900s to present day. Available on Amazon, Wendy created her book to offer a creative and fun mindfulness activity for anyone to enjoy.​
Wendy is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Istituto Marangoni Fashion Design of Milan, Italy.
